High School Math Tutoring: Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, College Math, College Algebra, Math Analysis, Calculus AB
Let’s face it — a lot of us decided that all of the math in high school was quite enough, and decided to move beyond mathematics studies once high school was done. And then the children come, and they need to take math classes, and our minds have long forgotten the fine points of long ago math learning.
Well, I just spent the last five years tutoring my own children in high school math – and I am happy to tutor your children as well! I have two sons and a daughter. One son is currently enrolled in ASU’s engineering program and I relearned calculus in order to be his study partner during his senior year of high school. My second son is on the autism spectrum and I tutored him through GUHSD’s online college algebra and college math courses. My daughter has a learning disability in math, but takes mainstream math courses — including Algebra I, Geometry, and College Algebra, and turns to me for help when the mathematics classroom instruction didn’t work for her that day.
I have a bachelor’s degree and am a vendor on Class Wallet for ESA families. I can also develop small classes (3-6 students) for ESA students wanting instruction in high school level math courses.
